As a client of Windy City Networks, Inc., you can expect direct personal service from a consultant assigned to you. We do not believe in phone queues and passing off clients to an available tech. You will have a primary point of contact with a direct line, so next to no waiting is involved.

Also, if you desire, we have a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week emergency service that can be added to any service contract or purchased as needed. And when we say 24/7 we mean 24/7! We will work for no overtime pay for retained clients on holidays if there is a total emergency. For everyone else there is a slightly higher rate though much less than time and half.

Since we consider ourselves a family, you can always contact me, the founder and CEO of our corporation directly. I personally deal with all new clients and keep in constant contact with all of our existing clients to ensure that our techs and service is prompt, courteous and done correctly. If there any issues with any of the work done, I will become personally involved to ensure that satisfaction is met and that our clients are always happy.
